How do I report a user?
You can report users directly in the app by visiting their profile and tapping the report button. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account in the app settings under "Account" → "Delete Account". All your data will be removed within 30 days.
How do I cancel my ouipal Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Go to your subscription settings in the store to cancel.
Is ouipal available in my country?
ouipal is currently available in the Netherlands in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, and Utrecht. We're working on expanding to more cities and countries soon!
How do I become a verified Pro?
Verified Pro is not yet available but is coming soon. Stay tuned for updates!
